Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, project address, the details of your project, photos you choose to send, and your communication preferences, through our proposal form, our chat, by phone, text or email.
• Chat messages: when you chat with Guadalupe, we keep the conversation so our team can follow up on your request.
• Photos: photos you send are resized in your browser and their location and camera data (EXIF) are removed before they reach us. They are stored privately and only our team can see them.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, schedule appointments, send project updates, process requests, provide customer service and improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.

Website analytics

We run our own privacy-friendly visitor statistics, built into our own systems. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising trackers or cookies for this. When you visit, your browser keeps a random visitor number (not your name) so we can count new and returning visitors. We record the pages and sections you view, how long you stay, how far you scroll, the buttons you tap (such as Call, Email, Request a Proposal or Chat), the website that sent you here, campaign tags in the link, your device type and browser, and your approximate city or region.

We never record your IP address, the words you type into our forms, or your chat messages as part of analytics. If you send a proposal request or chat with us, the visit statistics may be linked to that request so we can see which pages help customers find us.

If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal, we do not collect analytics for your visit. You can also clear the visitor number at any time by clearing your browser's site data.

SMS Messaging & Privacy

PaveRight Concrete & Asphalt LLC collects customer information such as name, phone number, email address, project information and communication preferences when customers submit information through our website or contact us directly.

We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide proposals, schedule appointments, send project updates, process requests and provide customer service.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent data will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages.

Customers who opt in may receive text messages about proposals, appointments, scheduling, project updates and customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Who we share information with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our secure database and file storage, email and text message delivery, and the service that powers Guadalupe's answers. They may use it only to provide their service to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep proposal requests, chats and photos as long as needed to serve you and to keep accurate business records. When we delete a request, it is permanently removed after 30 days.

Security

Your information is stored in private, access-controlled systems. Only people on our team who need it to help you can see your contact details, photos and chats.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or stop text messages, at any time by contacting us below. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out.

Children

Our website is meant for adults and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
